B.J. Susich, JD, MBA, CPA, CFE
B.J. Susich is an attorney with Boutin Gibson Di Giusto Hodell, where his practice focuses on start-up business ventures, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, complex financing arrangements, accounting related issues and non-profit entities. Mr. Susich worked in public accounting prior to the practice of law, and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He received his J.D. from the UC Davis King Hall School of Law and his MBA from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management. Mr. Susich is a lecturer at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, the UC Davis School of Law and McGeorge School of Law, where he teaches courses in law, accounting and technology management. For his creative approaches to teaching, Mr. Susich was awarded the UC Davis 2005/2006 Outstanding Graduate Student Teaching Award. Mr. Susich has presented at various professional education events across the state, including, most recently, the CEB course “How to Think Like an MBA: Business Concepts for Lawyers."
