Amy Vidor is the Learning and Development Manager at Moloco, a machine learning company that helps companies unlock their unique first-party data. She is also the Managing Partner of Polyphona, a consulting firm reimagining learning and development for a changing tomorrow by unlocking the power of collaboration.
Amy is passionate about helping individuals achieve their professional goals. She has worked across public and private sectors to realize more equitable and inclusive education opportunities, including her role advising first-generation college, graduate, and professional students for a major scholarship organization. Whether reforming entrenched government learning initiatives or advising seasoned Silicon Valley CEOs, Amy builds systems that seamlessly work with an eye toward inclusion and sustainability.
Amy firmly believes in the power of community-based education. She is a board member at Girls on the Run Sacramento, a nonprofit that inspires girls of all abilities to recognize their individual strengths, while building a sense of connection in a team setting. Previously, she served as President of the Board for Inside Literature, a nonprofit organization in Austin, Texas that fosters community ties, critical engagement, and personal growth through the collective study of literature with incarcerated students.
Although Amy has moved extensively, she considers Sacramento her home. When she isn’t working, you can find Amy exploring the great outdoors with her rescue golden retriever, Leo, with a cold brew in hand.
Amy has a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin, an MA from Columbia University, and BAs from the University of Southern California.
