The Metro EDGE :: In the Mix brewery tour was a success with a great group of attendees and an educational and delicious tour of the Sudwerk Brewery in Davis, CA. Masterbrewer Jay Prahl gave a great tour full of intriguing tidbits and shared his the extensive knowledge of the brewing process.
