2nd Saturday has quickly become the most celebrated monthly event held in Sacramento (specifically in the City’s core - "Midtown"), and on the evening of April 10th, Metro EDGE hosted a networking reception to show its members how to kick-off a 2nd Saturday celebration the right way as well as teach them what 2nd Saturday is all about.
The reception, which was appropriately held at the M.A.R.R.S. Project (Midtown Art Restaurant Retail Scene), located in the epicenter of 2nd Saturday activity and Midtown’s cultural hub (20th & J Streets), featured light appetizers, wine, music, and the artwork of local artists. EDGE members and friends were brought together to share their 2nd Saturday tips and experiences as well as celebrate and acknowledge the emerging growth and success of local art, culture, & boutique retail within the heart of Sacramento.
By the end of the evening, EDGE members and prospects alike departed from the reception having met new acquaintances as well as having learned that art & culture is thriving here in Sacramento!
